Attracting a worldwide audience, CBMS is the premier conference for computer-based medical systems, and one of the main conferences within the fields of medical informatics and biomedical informatics. CBMS allows the exchange of ideas and technologies between academic and industrial scientists. The scientific program of IEEE CBMS 2023 will consist of regular and special track sessions with technical contributions reviewed and selected by an international program committee as well as keynote talks, and tutorials given by leading experts in their fields. The IEEE CBMS 2023 edition also aims to host high-quality papers about industry and real case applications as well as allow researchers leading international projects to show to the scientific community the main aims, goals, and results of their projects. To this end, we have organized a specific Projects and Industry Track.

We also solicit industry sponsorships to promote products, processes, and services they propose.

SPONSORSHIP PROPOSALS

Sponsorship proposals can be one of the following:

• Bronze Sponsorship € 500,00: it provides for the display of the Company banner in the immediate vicinity of the coffee break space.
• Silver Sponsorship € 1.000,00: Bronze + the possibility to present promotional material (max 10 min) during the poster session of the conference.
• Gold Sponsorship € 2.500,00: Silver + special dedication of one of the tracks of the conference.
• Platinum Sponsorship € 4.000,00: Gold + a special mention during the social dinner.
• Platinum Premium Sponsorship € 5.000,00: Platinum + special dedication of one of the keynote lectures.

IMPORTANT: All forms of sponsorship include the printing of the logo and/or company name on the promotional-advertising material of the conference

Procedure

The Company that would contribute with a sponsorship has to:

1. Choice the type of sponsorship (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.);
2. Send a request by email to the following contact: giuseppe(dot)placid[at]univaq(dot).it
3. Wait for a confirmation email, also including all the necessary information to make the payment (Bank account, SWIFT code, etc.);
4. Send an email to h-solution[at]pec(dot)it including:
   • the payment details;
   • the fiscal data (Company address, vat number, etc.) necessary for the invoice;
   • an high resolution version of the Company logo that will be inserted in the Conference website.

The Conference management service will send the invoice within 8 working days after the receipt of the payment.
